Singway's lead-free low temperature tin strip is made of high purity tin and bismuth metal. It is a low temperature lead-free solder with low melting point, good reliability and excellent weldability. It is a low temperature operation lead-free low temperature solder specially designed for customers.
The unique proportion of tin secret alloy formula is the most lead-free low-temperature solder in the current customer case. In order to adapt to the multi-stage component welding and various electronic temperature control and temperature sensing components assembly, this special process low-melting welding material is specially designed.
