Product Introduction

Singway manufactures lead solder bars using Cloud enjoy pure tin ingots with a Sn≥99.95 content and electrolytic pure lead metal raw materials. Our senior engineers, using a German direct reading spectrometer, have detected that the solder bar has a high level of tin and purity without any impurities under strict quality control conditions. Through vacuum deoxygenation treatment and the use of advanced fully automated production equipment for extrusion production, we are able to effectively manage the oxidation and non-metallic impurity content of the metal.
Singway produces lead solder bar Sn5Pb95, which is made by uniform casting process of high purity Yunnan pure tin raw material. The surface of the solder strip is bright, the welding time is short, and the expansion rate is good.
